Dinko Čondić
President of Management Board – IVICOM Consulting d.o.o.
Dinko Čondić graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Zagreb, in 1994, specializing in structural engineering, and completed an MBA in Construction at the same faculty in 2025.
He began his career at Tehnika d.d. in Zagreb, working in project preparation and later as a site engineer and construction manager. In 1999, he became Director of IVICOM Consulting, where he later joined the ownership structure and, following the company’s reorganization, became President of the Management Board.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, he has built extensive expertise as a consultant, designer, and manager of complex projects. In 2024, he obtained the IPMA Level A Certified Project Director certification.
He is a member of the Management Board of the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers, Vice President of the Association of Oil and Gas Industry Equipment Manufacturers and Service Providers at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, and a Supervisory Board member of IPMA Croatia. Since 2025, he has also been a member of the Business Cooperation Committee of the Croatian Society for Corporate Governance and Management.
In addition to his role as President of the Management Board of IVICOM Consulting, he also manages several special purpose vehicles focused primarily on renewable energy and real estate projects.
